Who may edit content, and who may publish it? We agree appropriate roles and permissions for your chosen management system, helping restrict operation to authorised people.

For a connected solution, we plan encrypted connections, individual device access and a managed update process. Available security features depend on the software and configuration used.

A suitably configured player stores its media locally. Fully downloaded content can keep playing during an internet outage. New content and remote management require a connection again.

Can I use existing screens?
Often, yes. Connections, resolution, brightness, location and planned operating hours matter. Tell us the model and where you intend to use it.
Is a Raspberry Pi or USB drive enough?
A properly configured Raspberry Pi, mini PC or browser-capable signage player can display websites. A USB drive carries files; a TV’s standard photo and video player does not run HTML websites.
How can content be updated later?
That depends on the chosen system. Our demo lets you edit text, images, order and duration in the browser. Central control of multiple devices requires a suitable system.
What does it cost and how long does it take?
Scope, number of displays, installation, content and existing equipment determine cost and timing. After our first conversation, we can agree concrete next steps and a suitable scope.
Does playback work without the internet?
Our local demo works offline with the included visuals. Online images, weather, remote updates and central management require a connection. We determine the right operating mode for your project.
